Placing an Order for our Jewelry

Sales Tax?

We are obligated by law to collect 10.25% sales tax on orders shipped to all California addresses.

Payment Options?

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, and PayPal. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.

How can I reach someone regarding my order?

If you have any questions regarding an order placed online, please email info@indulgems.com. We will do our best to respond within 48 hours.

Can I cancel / make changes to my order?

Please contact us by email as soon as possible. Orders that have already been entered into our production system cannot be cancelled.

How is the jewelry packaged?

All items are packaged in our logo jewelry box!

Where is Indulgems jewelry made?

We source our gemstones and components all over the world. Some items are meticulously handmade in the US, while others are produced overseas. 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

We only stock a small selection of products for immediate shipping. Majority of our products are made to order. Depending on the styles, production time ranges from 10 days to 40 days. We will wait until all items in your order are completed, and then send out your shipment.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to any US domestic address. If you live outside of the United States, please email info@indulgems.com with the products you are interested in to receive shipping price quote and production timeframe.

Does Indulgems ship to PO Boxes?

Most orders will ship out via UPS, and unfortunately UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

International Order?

Please email info@indulgems.com with the products you are interested in to receive shipping price quote and production timeframe. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date from indulgems.com. Clearance items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Product returned between 15 and 30 days of ship date will receive a credit memo that can be used for a future purchase. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund/credit memo. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

To return or exchange an item purchased on indulgems.com, please email info@indulgems.com for a return authorization. Once we approve your return, we will email you an RA# with instructions.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization email inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Tracking number is highly recommended as Indulgems, LLC. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
