Sitting in the center of this necklace is a true gem! Hand carved heart shape all natural Turquoise that features the most intricate radiating chrysanthemum flower petals. I literally gasped when I found this treasure. The heart shape cabochon sits in 18k yellow gold setting with a lattice design backing. 

I added 3 small 18k yellow gold charms to the necklace. There is a clover leaf (for luck), a small flower bouquet (for beauty), and a lotus seed pod (for youth). This necklace is finished with a diamond studded dog clip closure in the back.
